This expansive project features 242 villas spread over a 50-hectare area, complete with 33 public parks, green spaces, and a mosque accommodating 644 worshippers. It also includes two commercial centers with 38 retail outlets and a 3-kilometer cycling track.

Authorities highlighted that the project underscores the UAE’s dedication to establishing integrated residential communities that enhance family stability and modern living standards while boosting the quality of life for its citizens. The Al Samha Housing Project is part of the broader Emirati Neighbourhood Initiative, specifically designed to meet the needs of Emirati families through spacious accommodations and comprehensive community and recreational amenities.

The development is seen as a pivotal move towards expanding modern housing options and promoting sustainable urban development in the emirate. By offering a blend of residential and commercial facilities, the project aims to create a balanced environment conducive to both living and leisure, reflecting the UAE’s broader vision for its citizens’ well-being.

Officials have pointed out that the initiative is not just about providing homes but also about crafting an integrated lifestyle that supports community bonding and personal growth. The inclusion of parks, retail outlets, and recreational tracks is intended to encourage an active and cohesive community atmosphere, making it a landmark in the region’s residential planning.
